Private large Master Suite (w/ separate bathroom), 20 mins from campus

Large private Master Suite (w/ it's own separate bathroom) will be available starting August 1st.

Approximately 10 feet by 18 feet, not including bathroom. Quiet location in the redwoods, easy access to outdoors (hiking, mountain biking).

Located off Hwy. 84, the drive to campus has minimal traffic and is only 20 minutes.

Drive times: Mountain View 25-35 minutes; San Mateo 25-35 minutes; SF 45+ mins. (depending on traffic); SJ 40+ mins. (depending on traffic).

Utilities are not included in rent. Utilities include trash service, gas/propane, water, electricity, high-speed internet. (Approx. +$125-200/month depending on weather and usage).

Property has two houses/buildings: you will be sharing the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer) with professional couple, mid-30s. The other house (not shared) has a 40s/50s couple with teenage son.

Off-street parking spot available with separate entrance.

We're looking for a quiet, non-smoker who enjoys the quiet outdoors away from the rush and bustle of Silicon Valley. No hard drugs, 420 occasionally OK (please, no stoners).

Both households own dogs - YOU MUST BE OK BEING AROUND DOGS. All dogs are friendly, but just understand that there are multiple large dogs that share the common spaces, including the outdoors.

Little more about us, the young couple you'd be sharing with: 30's professionals, (me) Stanford researcher + (him) Silicon Valley engineer. We have two medium mix dogs plus a large and derpy greyhound. We like to cook several days a week - if you're interested in joining in. we have done this before with roommates. TV fans of The Walking Dead, Handmaids Tale, Chernobyl, John Oliver, Brooklyn-Nine-Nine. We're both pretty outdoorsy people, enjoying hiking in the area, driving over to the coast.
