Private Room and Bath in Sunnyvale

Hi there-
My roommate is moving out (due to work reasons) and I’m looking for someone to take over the lease. You will be added to the lease and responsible for half the rent.

Move in: Jan 7 (can be flexible). Lease ends on Oct 31, 2018.

Rent is $2900. Your half will be $1450 + shared utilities. Deposit of $350 is required.

It's a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in The Macara Gardens community in Sunnyvale.

A bit about me: female, late 20’s, work full-time at Stanford. Looking for someone similar. We’ll be sharing the living room/kitchen so it’d be great if you cleaned up after yourself. It’s a pet and smoke free community.
