Private Room and Bath in Sunnyvale

Hi there-

My roommate is moving out (due to work reasons) and I’m looking for someone to take over the lease. You will be added to the lease and responsible for half the rent.

Move in: around Jan 8 (can be flexible). Lease ends on Oct 31, 2018. Rent is $2900. Your half will be $1450/month + shared utilities. Deposit of $350 is required.

It's an upper unit 2 bed/2 bath apartment in The Macara Gardens community in Sunnyvale very close to Central Expy. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Apartment has heating and AC. Room will be unfurnished.

A bit about me: female, late 20’s, work full-time at Stanford. We’ll be sharing the living room/kitchen. It’s a pet and smoke free community.
