One room available for rent in a Menlo Park 2BR/1BA apartment starting April 2019. Looking for a housemate to sub-lease with flexible dates (but no more than 6 months). The rent is 1425 not including the utilities (expect ~$70 monthly). The place is about 2 miles away from Stanford, so ideal to drive/bike if you want to commute to Stanford. It's also a half hour walk to either the Menlo Park or Palo Alto Caltrain stations. Also conveniently located next to a local grocery stores and handful of diners. Occupant of the other private bedroom is a recent Stanford grad still working on the campus who likes to cook, is quiet, clean, and spends most of his time outside of the apartment.

The room comes unfurnished apart from built in closets and receives plenty of natural sunlight in the day time. The house itself has a furnished common area, dining room, and kitchen that you will have access to.
