A private room is available in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house! We have a full kitchen, large backyard, furnished living room and dining room. The rent is $1250/month (w/o utilities). Available for move-in July or August, 2020 with a one-year lease.

You will share the house with two women that are very friendly, in their mid-20s and clean.
