This posting is for a roommate to share this beautiful townhouse. The renter will have their own room and a shared bath (shower and tub) [Note: Another bath is available in the ground floor]. He/she will have full access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, patio and grounds. He/she will have adequate storage in all of the common areas. Off street parking is available on the wide driveway.

This spacious, upscale 1,850 sq. ft. two-story townhouse is located in a nice, safe & quiet neighborhood - close to groceries, gym. The house is stocked with dishwasher, microwave, freezer, central AC, heat: forced air, storage room etc. We also have a very spacious basement with a private bath.

We are in our their late-20s and love hanging out together with friends. We occasionally hang out and cook together. Always down for a good talk and watch interesting movies.

The roommate needs to be respectful, clean and congenial. Strong preference for someone who is looking for long-term housing. No smoking, pets, and drugs are allowed.
