We are looking for a new roommate to live in our beautiful 4 BR house in East Palo Alto starting in May! We have a single bedroom available in our 4 BR/2.5 BA house. House is a 10-minute walk from the Bay in EPA in a quiet neighborhood, 15 minute drive to Stanford campus, and less than 10 minute drive to Facebook.

Huge and fully-furnished kitchen and living room, 2 car garage, free neighborhood parking, laundry room with washer/dryer, heating/AC. The bedroom is spacious with lots of natural lighting, spacious closet, and has a shared bathroom with two other roommates. All bedroom furniture can be negotiated as well (includes full-sized bed and bed frame, desk, drawers, and bookshelves).

The house is full of Stanford (2017) graduates and current coterm (2019) students (mixed female and male), so a Stanford (undergrad or grad) student would be a great fit here!
