Super amazing location. Its almost like living on campus. 3 min walking distance to EV residence halls. Super easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Caltrain station. All the housemates are Stanford students and scholars. The place has a very large living room. Good for occasional gathering with friends and enjoying some fun game nights. The room is spacious and quiet. It comes with bed and wardrobe. Yet. you will need to share bathroom with two others. Unfortunately, no pet or couple. The rent is 1010/month with split utilities of 50ish. Very good value.
