Hi, I’m moving out at the end of the month and I’m looking to find a replacement in our 3bd/2ba house! It's a year lease and begins in October, so you'll be signing on for the whole year.

We're all in our mid-20s and have preference for another female housemate. Looking for someone who is friendly, respectful of others and is clean/tidy in common areas. You'll have full access to the kitchen, washer/dryer and shared bathroom.

Rent is $1265/month, +utilities/pge/internet (~ $100). Room will not come furnished.

Attached are photos of the bedroom. The bathroom is right across the hall from your room. You will have a closet and window view of the large backyard, which brings in natural light.

It's a safe neighborhood, close to stores (Target, Jamba Juice, Nordstrom Rack and IKEA!!!). There is a driveway for you to park your car in! Sadly, we cannot have any pets and no couples (single occupancy only). Sorry!
