Lease is until August 2017, but you can move out any time as long as you find someone to replace you!
Standard utilities cost not included, although the apartment is wired to cable TV and Hi-Speed Internet already.
The place is about 25 min walk from the Caltrain station and downtown Sunnyvale. 5 min walk to Sprouts, Trader Joe's. Safeway, 24 Fitness, and much more. Location is unbeatable and very safe.
The room is pretty spacious with a big closet, and the bathroom is also large! Photos definitely don't do justice. Contact me for visits.
