After 3.5 years, I'm moving out of my room in a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom basement apartment in Menlo Park.

The unit contains a large living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The bedroom is fully furnished. There is a wet bar, microwave, small refrigerator, sofa and chairs in the living room. Washer and dryer are also in-unit. The location is excellent! Walking time to downtown Palo Alto, Menlo Park and train stations is 15 minutes, and about 20-25 minutes to Stanford. Wi-fi, cable TV and all utilities are included, as well as a cleaning service every two weeks. Please note there is no garage space.

The unit is available for longterm rental only (one year lease minimum). It is available for move-in from July 1. Rent is $1300/month (utilities/cleaning included). Looking for a non-smoker, and no pets please. Female only.
