Private Room, Close to Stanford! In beautiful Sharon Heights!

We're looking for a roommate for a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story townhouse in Menlo Park (in the Sharon Glen complex on Sharon Road). The available room is the larger of the two non-master bedrooms, which has a shared full bath with one other female roommate. The room is 14' x 9'. It has a large closet (7.5' long by 2.25' deep) which contains a set of drawers and customizable shelves, and could have a bed in it if you need it. Rent would be $1350 plus utilities and internet.

The apartment is a 1/2 mile from Stanford, and has a CVS, Starbucks, and Safeway within a 5 minute walk. The condo has an updated kitchen, a dishwasher, and a pool. Laundry is in a building across the courtyard from ours, and there are always available machines!

We are looking for someone to join a year long lease that goes until end of July 2017. Send us an email if you're interested. Move in date for the room would be Sept. 5. It'd be great if you could tell us a bit about yourself in the email as well.

We are both women in our 20s. L is a recent Stanford grad who will be working at a software startup in the area. E is a mechanical engineer at a medical device startup who graduated from Stanford MS.ME program 2 years ago. We both enjoy chilling with a glass of wine or sangria in front of the TV, but also lead active lifestyles that keep us busy! Our new roommate does not need to be Stanford affiliated.
