Hello everyone!

We are looking for a new tenant to join our apartment (3b1b) situated right in the heart of Inman Square. We are two post-doc researchers in their late 20s early 30s ideally looking for somebody in a similar age range (LGBTQI+ friendly).

Details:
1yr lease starting September 2026. The room is unfurnished, and rent is $1400 plus expenses (~$30-60 per month). Last month and one month deposit upon signing the lease.
The apartment is composed by three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and a spacious kitchen. In unit laundry. One parking spot and street parking to be shared with the two apartments above us.

Location:
The apartment is in a quiet, dead-end street in Inman square. About 12min walking distance to the red line (Central sq) and 10min to the green line (Union sq). Whole food is about 5min distance and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area. Within 10-15min by bus/bike from Harvard and MIT campuses.

People:
We are both astrophysicists working at Harvard that have been living in the Boston area for about two years. Pretty chill people love social time, but also to have time to ourselves.
