Unfurnished, ~125 sqft plus two decent sized closets. West facing window brings in light.
Apartment:
Gas range & oven, full-size refrigerator, good pantry and cupboard space. Bath with tub is shared. Large living room is mostly empty, feel free to bring your furniture. Outside deck is private to the unit.
Plenty of free street parking, or you can have the carport space (in a gated area) for an extra $50/month. Coin-operated laundry on site.
Transportation:
VTA and Stanford Marguerite (SE line) bus stops two blocks away.
8 min bike to California Ave Caltrain (or 15 min bus to Palo Alto station).
15 min bike to Stanford or Google.
Easy access to 101, 280, Alma St./Central Expwy, and El Camino Real.
About Me:
Mid-20’s, working at Stanford, trying to make something of life. In my spare time, I do yoga, play and write music, code for web, cook, hike, hang out, etc. On the quiet side but enjoy a good conversation. Relatively neat as far as cleaning/dishes/etc.
About You:
M/F/nonbinary welcome, single occupant preferred by management but couple is okay. No pets or smoking (again per management). Must be willing to keep common areas clean, especially the kitchen, which doesn’t have a dishwasher (clean just meaning free of dirty dishes and clutter). General civility, and of course pay rent on time. Other than that, it’s all good.
Details:
Month-to-month, 30 days notice to move out. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
