This is the perfect place for if you are looking to just move in and not worry about furnishing a whole place on your own.

• utilities/cable (with HD channels and other premium channels)/internet are included
• Only 1 Bathroom that is shared between 4 of us (We never had any issues since all of us are on different schedules in the morning.)
• Large Living Room/ Brand New Remodel Kitchen is all shared (Top of the line appliances)
• Brand New In house Washer/ Dryer available
• Sorry, but pets are not allowed and neither is SMOKING.
  -Room is semi-furnished with a table, lamp and bed frame.

And the surrounding neighborhood:

• Close to laundromat, restaurants, grocery stores and Serramonte shopping center
• Easy transportation access, including Samtrans, Colma & Daly City BART Station (10 minute bart ride to San Francisco)
  -5 minute drive to San Francisco State University and easy access to Hwy 1 and I-280
• Ample street parking available (there will be no parking available on the driveway or garage)

ABOUT US:

The house is currently occupied by a couple and one guy in their mid to late 20's. We are all working professionals. We are hard working people, but we also LOVE to have fun! We are very welcoming and would appreciate a housemate with an outgoing personality but also have respect for privacy and space.

TO MOVE IN ---
First month's rent, last month rent and security deposit of $900 to move in.
$1000+$1000+$900 = $2900 to move in.

This will be a 1 Year Lease and 30 days notice for moving out is required.
