Private room for rent in downtown Palo Alto, unbeatable location!

Hi! We have a room available in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in downtown Palo Alto, right next to University Avenue (easy walking distance to the Caltrain station). We're two friendly females in our 20s who work in tech and at Stanford.

You'll share a bathroom with one other person. The apartment has a kitchen, refrigerator, gas stove, large living room, washer and dryer in unit, and covered parking space. The bedroom isn't furnished, but the rest of the apartment is.

You'll be joining the lease on a month-to-month basis. Internet, heating, and gas are variable, but come out to about $50 a month.

Available starting March 5th.
