Private Room For Rent In Home With Pool, Hot Tub, And Pool Table!

We have an unfurnished room available in lovely West Palo Alto! The location is nicely situated close to Stanford, downtown, and the 101 - so commuting to campus, Mountain View, or San Francisco is an absolute breeze. The home has a pool and hot tub in the back yard, and a pool table near the dining area/kitchen, so it is a fantastic place to host a get together. There are four(4) people current living in the house right now, and we all do a variety of things in medicine or tech. Half of the house is in their 30's-40's, and the other half is in their 20's, so it's a nice mix.

The room is $855/month, the deposit is $855, and the utilities end up being about $150/month (gotta love those non-competitive localized monopolies). One housemate has his own bathroom, but the rest share a communal one - which to be fair was nicely remodeled recently. The house has a washer and drier as well as a full kitchen with three(3) separate fridges/freezers. Feel free to cook whatever you want, as there are no house rules regarding dietary restrictions or cooking times. The price also includes a weekly maid service and a gardener who takes care of the yard and pool. Parking is free and on the street.

So what's the catch? Carpets are standard party house grey with stains, which is kind of gross, and unfortunately the landlords do not allow pets. But for the price, location, and all the amenities it is definitely a reasonably compromise - especially since we don't require a year commitment!

Availability started on the 5th of April (4/5/18), so interviews are happening sooner rather than later.
