My friend, Alex, has a private room opening up in a 2Bdr condo in SoMa. His current roommate is moving out after his internship and Alex is looking for someone to move in late August/early September.
A bit about the place:
-2 Bedroom
-1.5 Bath (the full bath is right outside of the bedroom for rent)
-Modern appliances kitchen
-In unit washer and drier
-Private deck for the bedroom up for rent
-Fully furnished house (except for the rented bedroom)
-Has a mattress if you need some time to get furniture
-<5 blocks to: Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, BART, Costco, and Uber, Twitter, AirBnB offices
He's a 21 year old Thiel Fellow who's pretty quiet and neat at home. He considers himself a pretty good cook and keeps a busy schedule working in the tech industry. Definitely a cool guy, enjoys going out on weekends, and travels some for work and fun.
He’s looking for a male or female roommate, preferably early to mid 20’s, but is really open to anything. The room is $2100/mo, utilities and all included.
