private room in a 2-bd home, Mt. View/Los Altos

I am looking for one housemate to inhabit a private room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Mountain View/Los Altos:

The house is a fully furnished* 2-bedroom duplex/apartment with full-access to shared areas- kitchen, dining area, living room, patio, bathroom, and lots of storage.

The room is 12’x12’ with great natural light and ventilation, and will be professionally cleaned prior to move in (the current roommate is in it until the end of the month). *It will be unfurnished but I can help you secure furnishings if you need them.

The location is on the Mountain View/Los Altos border (37°22'26.8"N 122°05'19.0”W) and very convenient to transportation, groceries, shops, and major tech companies (such as Facebook, Google, Tesla, etc.). Starbucks, Safeway, pizza, donuts, nail shop, pharmacy, etc. are literally across the street (literally!). Walmart, Trader Joe’s, and Ranch 99 are a 5-minute drive and there are also many bus stops close to the house. Caltrain is 4 miles away.

Rent is $1560/month; A $1000 (refundable) security deposit will lock it in. The utilities (~$150/mo) are not included to the rent.

Me: I work long but predictable days and at night you may catch me yelling at the TV or poorly executed code.

The room will be available starting in April 1, 2018.
