Hi all, my roommate is moving out and I am looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible roommate!

The apartment is walking distance from many grocery stores (Lucky, Indian, Korean, and Chinese). Located near El Camino/Lawrenece Expressway, it is 10 min bike ride from the new Apple headquarter and walking distance to many company shuttle stops. The apartment has a pretty spacious living room.

-$1,000 includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet).
-One parking space available for you in the apartment garage.
-Month to month rent.
-The room is furnished with a queen-size bed (but no mattress), built in closet, and a desk.
-Shared living room, kitchen & dining room.
-The apartment has a small vegetable garden (I love growing plants!)
-3 minute walking distance to express bus stop (522)
-8 minute biking distance from Caltrain station
