Private room in adorable Sunnyvale house

Hi there future roommate!

I have found an adorable house in Sunnyvale and I am looking for two roommates to sign a 12 month lease with me!

To be clear, I do not already have a lease so I'm looking for people ASAP to apply together.

I'm looking for people who are chill, respectful, clean, dog friendly, and respectful of LGBTQ. No gender preference. I am a female Stanford master's student studying geology.

The house is a 2 bd/1 ba and I will convert the living room into a bedroom. I will be living in the living room so both bedrooms are open! Both bedrooms have hardwood floors and lots of light and will be $1000 per month + utilities. It is located just off El Camino and is walking distance to Safeway, CVS, an array of restaurants, and Spirit Halloween, for your weekly costume needs. ~25 min drive to campus or ~10 min bike to Sunnyvale Caltrain station.

The house has a very cute kitchen with lots of storage and a bathroom with a tub/shower and large vanity for storing all our stuff. It's unclear right now if there will be extra room in the living room for a hang-out space after it is converted into a bedroom, but I hope so. There is one parking space in the garage as well as additional parking spaces in the driveway. There is also a small front lawn and garden for hanging out outside, although it's not very private. We will split utilities evenly but I don't know how much they will be (probably less than $100?). The house has a washer/dryer hookup in the garage, but no washer/dryer so... if you HAPPEN to have one (lol) then you can plug them in, otherwise there is a laundromat a 10 min walk away (or I am considering buying a used set and reselling when we leave.)

You will have to be ok with dogs since I do have a small dog.
