Offering a private room in our Atherton mansion.

The room has a walk-in closet and windows overlooking the front yard.

• Large tiki hut for social events
• Outdoor barbecue pit
• Sink with kitchen counter
• Outdoor entrance to bathroom

House:

• Full-sized Kitchen with island, multiple full-sized refrigerators and a meat freezer
• Large circular driveway
• 7 bathrooms
• 3 floors

Housemates:
There are currently 9 other occupants (ages 23-30). They are all friendly, social, and fun, but are respectful of each other's privacy and noise preferences. There will be 1 housemate on the lower level, 5 housemates on the 1st floor, and 3 housemates (and you) on the 2nd floor.

Can be available to move in as soon as 4/16.
