Private room in Downtown Mountain View

One of our housemates is moving out to start a postdoc, and we have a room available starting May 11!

Room is 130 sq. ft. plus closet, and part of a 1480 sq. ft., 3br/2ba condo, fully renovated in 2015 with high ceilings, hard floors (great for allergy sufferers!), washer/dryer, and an AWESOME kitchen. There’s a balcony off the dining room that overlooks a small pond and fountain, and it’s part of a small complex with access to a pool and hot tub. You’d be living with two male housemates, both Stanford grads in their 20s. One is an engineer at a start-up, and the other a researcher at Google. We’re both clean, quiet, and not-at-all bro-y - much more interested in backpacking and photography than loud parties.

Location is just three blocks from the Mountain View Caltrain and Castro Street, very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants - and a short 10 min train ride to Stanford. There’s also easy access to the Stevens Creek Trail, a Safeway, the Google campus, and Hwys 85 and 101.

Room is $1365/month plus $40-60 for utilities, and includes a reserved parking space. Looking for (ideally) a 1-year lease, but also open to shorter-term rentals.
