I am looking to sublet one room in my 2 bed/1 bath apartment in downtown South San Francisco, available starting June 1. Ideally looking for a student or working professional who is respectful, considerate, and clean. I'm a 26 year old female Stanford grad (BS '15, MS '18) working as a consultant in SF.
Apartment features:
- half mile from South San Francisco Caltrain, two miles from South San Francisco BART
- tandem garage space and driveway space for off street parking (shared with me)
- bedroom is unfurnished. Room is 10 ft x 11.5 ft.
- coin operated washer and dryer in building
- kitchen has dishwasher
- I have kitchen supplies (dishes, utensils, pots/pans, appliances) you can use but there is also plenty of storage space for you to bring your own if you prefer
- large lockable storage closet in garage (fits bikes)
Rental/application terms:
- $25 application fee for a credit/background check (required by building owners)
- rent is $1400/month
- utilities/wifi will be equally split with me. In total it's usually ~$60 per person.
- $500 security deposit required
- smoke free and pet free apartment (required by building owners)
- 3 month minimum sublease
