Private Room in Menlo Park 3bd/2ba

We currently are looking for a female roommate for our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Menlo park. The room will be available August 1st.

The apartment is two floors: the first floor has the living room, kitchen and one bedroom with attached bathroom. The second floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. We are looking for someone to take the second bedroom upstairs - because this is a shared bathroom with a female roommate, we are only looking for a female roommate to occupy the room.

The apartment is in walking distance to Safeway, downtown Menlo park, Trader Joes, and the Menlo Park Caltrain station. We are also a 5 min drive to Stanford shopping center and downtown Palo Alto. There is a parking spot available to rent (55/mo) or ample street parking with permit from the city, or free at the local park.

About the roommates!!

Upstairs room: Female MD/PhD student at Stanford, late 20s, usually working in lab, enjoys a chill and relatively clean environment - plays volleyball in her free time

Downstairs room: Low-key couple in mid 20s, working professionals, usually relaxing at home after work watching shows or playing video games

We are looking for a clean, chill, financially stable person who likes cats!!

IMPORTANT

WE HAVE TWO CATS. Our roommate needs to be a cat lover and be mindful not to leave the doors open and/or anything on the ground they might eat. This is especially important for the room available because it was the cats' owner's room before she and her boyfriend moved downstairs to the master bedroom - so they like to hide up there from time to time.

We are NOT open to any additional pets
