My housemates and I are looking for a 6th roommate. We live in a 2600 sq ft house near East Meadow Drive and Louis Road in Palo Alto, biking distance from Stanford campus. Move-in is negotiable and our lease extends through the end of June 2017. You’d have your own room (partially furnished) and would share a bathroom with 1 other person. Rent would likely be ~$1150/mo + utilities and Xfinity wifi bill. I am a recent Stanford grad working in the area and my 4 housemates are all coterms at Stanford.
