Private room available in our 3bd/ 2ba Palo Alto house, $1550/ month + shared utilities. Move in date is flexible between now and August. All genders welcome. Quiet, scenic neighborhood, with easy access to 101, great access to biking routes, bay trails, Cal Ave, and walking distance to midtown shops. Driveway parking spot + flexible street parking. 10 min drive to Facebook (12 - 15 minutes in traffic) and Google.

The room: Corner room with natural light. Plenty of space for a queen bed, desk, dresser, shelves, etc. Shared hallway bathroom.

The house: Fully furnished common areas + outfitted kitchen. Converted garage, fenced in private back yard.

Us: Three working professionals in our mid-late 20's. One married couple, both data scientists, with a corgi and an indoor cat, and one intellectual property admin at Stanford. We have standard interests outside of work: biking, TV, cooking, photography, hanging out with the dog.

You: Tidy and reliable. Non smoker. No additional pets.
