There is a nice balcony, a swimming pool, parking, etc. The apartment is located in a nice complex close to Stanford, Google, etc. Street parking is also available around the complex. There are plenty of groceries in the walking distance.
Caltrain is two block away (i.e., no noise, but close to walk).
High speed COMCAST internet is available.
Room is available from May 1st to June 30th (maybe more).
