Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate to rent a private bedroom and bathroom in a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the gated Park La Brea community, starting August 1, 2026.

You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, along with full access to the shared living room and kitchen. The bedroom can be rented furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. The current tenant will be moving out at the end of July.

Rent & Utilities:
Rent: 1,600 per month
Utilities split evenly (typically around $100/month per person).
Long-term stay preferred (minimum 12-month lease).
