Private room - summer sublet in Rains Grad

I am sub-licencing my private room in a 4bd/2bath apartment in Rains graduate housing. The room is available from June 12th (earliest) to October 5th (latest). The dates are pretty flexible. The price is the one on my contract (https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/rates-billing).
The apartment is freshly renovated, nicely furnished and quite clean. The kitchen is well equipped: 2 fridges, microwave, oven, toaster, boiler, spices drawer, ...
We also have cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner.
The 3 other roomates - 2 Germans and 1 french - are really nice and welcoming.
