Private Rooms for Rent in Spacious Furnished House

We have 2 private rooms available for rent. Our lease begins September 1, 2019.

We're three Stanford grad students who have a private room for rent in our lovely Menlo Park home. The house is fully furnished and sits on 1/3 of an acre with a great backyard, spacious living room, and fully stocked kitchen. We're a 10 minute drive from Stanford's campus and the Palo Alto Caltrain Station, and 15 minute bike ride to campus. The neighborhood is clean and safe, with plenty of grocery stores nearby. Shared spaces are furnished. Laundry machines, private parking, and fast wifi available. Utilities not included in price and are split evenly among roommates.

No pets, no couples. Price per room is dependent on the room chosen and its amenities. Available rooms range from $1320 to $1480 each.

We're considering only ONE ROOMMATE PER ROOM so requests to accommodate more than 1 person will be ignored. We’re also giving preference to people who can stay for all or most of the lease duration.
