I sleep in the living room, and we'll be sharing the bathroom.
I am an RA at Stanford University, super clean, chill, and down to earth.
Lease is from 9/1/17 to 5/31/18.
The unit has hardwood floor throughout, a recently renovated bathroom, and a balcony.
The apartment complex has a pool, bbq site, fitness center and all that good stuff.

Rent is $1300 plus utilities
