Private sunny bedroom in a 3bed/2ba luxury apt with parking!

My roommate is moving and looking for someone to take over the lease, which runs through July with an option of renewal. This is in a 3bed, 2bath apartment in a high-rise luxury apartment complex, just off of 101 and a 10 min walk away from RWC downtown and Caltrain station. It's a well managed complex with all the amenities you'd need - a gym, pool, club house, hot tub.
The room is big enough to fit a full bed, table and dresser comfortably, gets bright and sunny in the mornings and overlooks a balcony which is rarely used by the others. The shared bathroom is big and there's a washer+dryer+dishwasher in the house. You also get a dedicated parking spot in the underground garage, which is very convenient if you have a car.

We're looking for a female in her mid 20s - early 30s for my replacement. You would be sharing the house with two lovely ladies:
Roommate1: A pharmacist who loves to bake (and share!), is an early riser and is a farmers market frequenter. She has the master room with ensuite bathroom.
Roommate2: A sales expert who loves all things healthy, from making her own almond milk to bodypump classes and hikes. You would be sharing a bathroom with her.
While the house tends to be social and friendly, we like weeknights to be quiet and prefer to keep the loud, late night parties out.

The room will be available by Feb 15th (can be earlier if you need). Utilities including electric, internet, trash, water etc come up to an additional~60$ a month per person.
