Quiet furnished room in 2500sqft house within bike distance to campus

As I am leaving I offer you my room in a 2500 sqft house with a large living room and a garden. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine (+ dryer) and a parking space for bikes or a car. The room is fully furnished with a bed, matress, desk, chair, a very nice lamp and a closet with a bunch of hangers.

You share the bathroom with one other tenant. There are three other very nice housemates which all work in tech. They are mindful of others sleeping schedule and keep the kitchen and bathroom clean.

It is a 5 min bikeride to the next shopping center with supermarket and a 20min bikeride to campus.
