I am subletting one bedroom in a 2-bedroom efficiency in Quillen. The bedroom comes with a view (see the photo, taken this morning!) I am subletting it at a lower rate than what I pay for it because some of the closet space will not be fully cleared.

One plus to subletting this room is that I have replaced the standard single bed the room comes with with a double bed from Ikea that has a memory-foam mattress pad.
