Rain 2bedrooms/1bath sublet from mid June to mid Sep -- $1040

My room will be vacant during summer and I need a nice and clean person to sublet it. The apartment is two bedrooms and one bathroom. The entire apartment is furnished and everything is ready for you to move in. The preferred date is June 21- Sept 18 but I could keep it flexible. The rent is currently around $1040 a month and you must be eligible for Stanford grad housing for this sublet.
