Rains Housing, 2B/1B subleasing from 06/15 - 09/15 2017.

I am heading out this summer for an internship and am looking for someone to take my room for the summer. I have one private room and shares the living room, kitchen and bath room with very nice roommate. The monthly rent is 1179 $/month, the amount charged by the university.

One requirement from my roommate: we need a person who is tidy and love to keep the room clean.

I prefer someone who can rent for 3 months.
