Looking for a friendly, clean, down to earth housemate to share our lovely home.

The Room:
Room is available for rent now and comes unfurnished except the desk and drawers pictured, which are integrated with the wall. It shares a bathroom with two other housemates (1 male, 1 female). It is ~ 11x11.

The house:
It's located on a quiet residential street with a park/dog park two blocks away.
Walking distance to downtown Menlo Park, Caltrain station, and (biking distance - 2 min to bike bridge, 10 min to medical school) to Stanford
The house features a large living room, kitchen (2 large fridges), and a sunny backyard.
Ample parking (street and stack driveway).

Housemates:
We all work at Stanford-- 1 researcher/lab manager (A-Female), 1 post-docs (O-Male), and 1 graduate student (J-Male). We are all friendly people. J is working from home during covid, O and A work at Stanford most of the time. We also have a friendly Shiba Inu, who is a support animal for J. Must be dog friendly, ideally excited about living with a furry friend. Sorry, no other dogs or pets allowed on the lease and no exceptions.

Utilities and security deposit:
We split utilities evenly among the house which comes out to ~100-150/month each, but can vary per month based on use. Wifi is an additional 20/month. A security deposit ($1200) is required.

COVID stuff:
We're serious about social distancing and keeping social networks small, but not to the point of enforcing isolation from close contacts.
