Redwood Trees, Private Trails,15 min to Stanford $1350/mo - 1bd sublet

I have a pretty amazing place up on Old La Honda Rd, and I'm going to be in Europe for the month of Sept. I'm looking for a student, researcher or professor to sublet my 1bd apartment. It's 15 minutes to Stanford, 35 to SF and very peaceful. There's a nice deck porch and lots of redwood trees. There are private hiking and horse trails, and Alice's is a 10 minute walk through the trees. Cyclists will love this, as Old La Honda is one of the best climbs in the area.

Fully furnished with King memory foam bed and IKEA fold out couch.

You will need a car. Lease term is Aug 31-Oct 9 . There is a chance it can be extended through January 9, but I cannot guarantee this.
