Refurbished On-Campus Stanford Sublet

I'm subletting my room on campus over the summer, starting July 1. This is in a lovely two-bedroom apartment you would share with a researcher affiliate who is also subleasing for the summer.

The apartment's located on the 2nd floor of a building in the Rains apartment complex. This is one of the rare Rains buildings to be recently refurbished, and everything is like new. The apartment is a minute's walk from Vaden, a few minutes from Green Library, and is well positioned for drop-off and visitor parking. It's also quiet and at a distance from the Rains volleyball nets and lounges where parties are held.

I will leave my bike behind, if you'd like to use it. The kitchen is stocked with dish and cooking ware, and there is a large, flat screen television for watching films.
