Rent $1100/mo Female roommate wanted!

Hey! We are two professional ladies in our mid-late 20s looking for a chill lady for our third roommate that can move in July 1st that can commit to a year lease.

Our place includes:

• in house washer/dryer
• full kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, etc)
• 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
• dining room, living room
• free parking
  The apartment is located on Alma St, walking distance to the CalTrain station and California Ave restaurant scene (0.7mi), and biking distance to Stanford (2.9mi). Rent is $1100/mo + utilties (split between the 3 of us, so ~$60). The room is unfurnished right now, but the girl moving out will be selling some of her furniture!

One last thing: we have an adorable English bulldog named Cuca, so we're looking for someone who's dog friendly and doesn't mind a little hair on their clothes!
