Hi! We are couple of Stanford alums renting out a room and a bathroom in a very spacious 3br, 2 ½ bath in East Palo Alto. The neighborhood is University Square, a calm suburban neighborhood built in the 2000s within walking distance of Ikea, Target, Home Depot, and many other shopping/dining options! Also convenient to get to the 101 (about a 3 minute drive). All common areas are already furnished (you would only have to furnish your bedroom and bathroom) and the room is ready to move in immediately! Ideally we would like someone who can move in as soon as possible.
