Replacement Roommate for 2 BR / 1 BA in Mountain View ($1000/month)

Hi,

I'm looking to move up to San Francisco and need someone to take over my half of my lease. See details below:

My roommate:

• Male
• Late 20's
• Googler
• Has one, small dog (approx. 20 pounds).

You:

• Male or Female
• Social
• Comfortable with the occasional gathering at the apartment (but by no means is the apartment party central)
• No pets, please

The apartment complex:

• 7 min walk to MTV caltrain
• 7 min walk to downtown MTV
• 3 pools
• tennis courts
• BBQ picnic area
• dog park
