Diadora biking shoes. I hadn't seen Diadora shoes before, but they are quite nice actually. However, they are ever so slightly too large for me. So, I got the 43's and love them. I can still return these to where I got them (they're unused), but the return shipping is a little more than anticipated. So, if I can offload them at cost (or a little less, so reasonable offers are accepted), they are yours. Otherwise back to the retailer.
They have full carbon soles and are quite lightweight. The rear rubber pad makes walking with cleats substantially easier. If you want to save another 20-30 g per shoe, the rubber pad is removable. The carbon sole is very stiff; exactly what you are looking for in a road shoe.
I wear a Shimano 43. Most sizing charts say that a 43 Shimano should wear 43.5 Diadora. I guess I'm between 42/43 in Shimano.
Performance Bike has a good description of the shoes: https://www.performancebike.com/bikes/Product_10052_10551_1099324_-1_400923__400923
