Hi guys! We have a $1185/mo private room with shared bathroom available:

• move-in between 6/15-6/30
• bedroom has walk-in closet, is on the 2nd floor of our house, and bathroom is shared with 2 others
• rent does not include wifi/utilities, typically 60-70$/mo
• excellent location ~5min drive/bike to Stanford campus, 5min walk to Palo Alto Caltrain station
• address is located right off the intersection of Alma St and Melville Ave in Palo Alto
• washer and dryer located in-house
• kitchen updated in 2015
• ample free parking on street or behind building
• housemates would be 2 women and 1 man all in our late 20s/early 30s (med student, resident physician, and biotech)
