Seeking awesome roommate to share our South San Francisco home!

Room available May 12th! $1,090 covers the cost for a private room--utilities are split.

Everyone in the house shares kitchen utensils, common areas, and bathrooms (unless you grab the master bedroom). We find that sharing of common areas has never been a problem as everyone is very considerate of others.

We live in a peaceful neighborhood, have a peaceful home, off-street parking, communal washer and dryer, plenty of room for gardening and enjoying outside. Just A 15 minute drive from the city, 8 minute drive to SFO, 1.5 miles from the San Bruno Bart Station, and nearby YouTube and Genentech. .
