Room available ASAP in downtown Palo Alto apartment w/ pets!

Hello all,

We are looking to fill our empty 3rd bedroom — move-in ASAP. We can furnish with a futon and desk if you need furniture in the meantime, but it's currently unfurnished. We could be a little flexible on price for the first month or two if you can move in fast!

About the apartment: 3-bedroom, 2-baths in downtown Palo Alto, right near University Ave so it's a really prime location near tons of restaurants and shops. It's a ~10-minute bike ride to Stanford (or a nice place to work on Zoom and online all quarter...). Apartment comes with in-unit laundry, full kitchen (dishwasher incl.), spacious living room and a large yard. You would share a bathroom with me. Your room has a full closet with mirror doors and two windows; fits a queen bed.

Your roommates: I am a medical student and my roommate is a veterinary resident (both female); we are really chill and don't have a lot of rules in the place beyond common courtesy. There are two medium-sized dogs and one very friendly cat between us, so you must love pets (or at least not be allergic)! Unfortunately, we cannot accept any more pets owing to landlord restrictions.
