My roommate Anya and I are looking for someone to fill our third roommate's place when he moves out on 9/4. The house is on a quiet street in midtown (near Middlefield and Oregon) and has hardwood floors, washer/dryer, a back patio, a pretty garden out front, easy parking and lots of storage space. Rent is $833/mo plus $60-80 for utilities. The house is within walking distance of a grocery store, drug store, and numerous coffee shops and within easy biking distance of California Avenue, downtown Palo Alto and Stanford Campus.
