Looking for the third housemate for a newly renovated home- $1300 includes utilities!

Room comes furnished (can be unfurnished if needed). There is also extra storage in the hallway with a built in cabinet and drawers.

Shared bathroom with ample storage.

Brand new kitchen with all new appliances. Newly redone floors in entire house. Large backyard, front courtyard, and well maintained pool. Happily shared kitchen, living room, and dining room.

We are within easy distance of downtown Palo Alto, downtown Menlo Park, Stanford, and Facebook. Close enough to the freeway, but not so close that you can hear all the cars.

Rent $1,300 per month, minimum six month lease. No pets, no smoking.

Utilities are included.

Parking in drive way or on street (permit needed for overnight street parking.)

Internet to be split between housemates.

We are looking for someone who has a sense of humor, is tidy, quiet at night, and wants to be part of a community however oddball we are.

Who we are:

M is a 60-something contractor who loves coffee, not living in Vermont anymore, and tinkering in his shop. Mostly keeps to himself and quite, a sharp sense of humor and an adorable enjoyment of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

C is a 30-something office worker for the local newspaper. She likes to swim (super early in the morning), reading, and is learning how to cook.
