It's located in a decent East Palo Alto neighborhood (behind the Four Seasons hotel, 1 minute drive to 101), and takes 20 minutes by bike (15 minutes by car) to the Stanford campus.
The bedroom is about 150 sq ft and comes with 3 desks and a sliding door closet.
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, 2 mirrored storage shelves and black marble sink.
Rent is $840 per month and includes hot water. Electricity and internet is paid separately and split with the other roommate.
Male roommate only, no smokers, no pets. $500 deposit.
The other roommate is a Stanford student, male, quiet, easy-going, and has very regular hours.
